Amy Pearce, President
As co-founder and President of Pearce Innovations, LLC, Amy Pearce is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company. Her responsibilities also include business development and customer satisfaction.

Amy brings to the team over 13 years of engineering and construction experience in various types of projects from commercial to industrial and high-tech to heavy/highway. Prior to co-founding Pearce Innovations, LLC, Amy was most recently associated with the local offices of DPR Construction and Linbeck Construction. Amy has a particular interest and advanced training in sustainable building design and construction, and in the Lean Design and Construction process. She is a LEED-Accredited Professional.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She also studied Civil & Environmental Engineering and Technical Communication at the University of Wisconsin. She stays involved with the engineering and construction community through service to several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers, the Architectural Engineering Institute, the US Green Building Council, and the Construction Institute.

Marc Pearce, Vice President
As Vice President and co-founder of Pearce Innovations, LLC, Marc is responsible for business development, marketing, project management and assisting the President with daily operations of the company.

Marc has over 18 years of engineering, procurement and construction experience in various construction sectors located throughout the world. Marc brings to the company a strong background of mega-project construction experience with high-end technical installations. Prior to co-founding Pearce Innovations, LLC, Marc was associated with well-respected engineering and construction firms including Fluor Corporation, Chicago Bridge and Iron (CBI), and Adolfson & Peterson, Inc. Marc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Moorhead State University, Moorhead, MN.

What are your priorities to the designers and builders? At Pearce Innovations we deliver design & construction solutions with passion and pride. Our number one priority is to make sure that absolutely nobody gets hurt on a project. We implement an aggressive safety program that promotes prevention, education, and training. We know that all incidents are preventable. Second, we want to treat designers and builders fairly, and with respect. We will assist designers and builders in meeting successful objectives. The result will be a quality project with predictable reliability.

How much time and money can you save a project? This depends on the delivery method and how early in the project we are involved. We can provide an improved project delivery method that can save up to 30% on schedule and 20% on overall project cost as compared to traditional project delivery methods.

How do you improve a project delivery system? To obtain the full potential of time and cost savings we have developed a project delivery system that implements six key elements into your project.
